Having a bachelor's degree in architecture and more than 15years of work experience in the field of construction:
- Evaluate the costs of materials, labor and equipment from bids, plans and specifications.
- Study and analyze the tenders received, recommend their acceptance and negotiate contracts.
- Check shop drawings, addenda, MAR (material approval request) and respond to DTQ (technical design request);
- Mastery of AutoCAD, MS Project software, and good knowledge of Revit, Sketch up;
- Good knowledge of the Quebec building code;
- Easy to communicate, ability to work in an interdisciplinary and autonomous team;
- Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and management of priorities;
- Rigorous in the accomplishment of your tasks;
- Class 5 driving license and ASP card (health and safety on construction sites);
