This model explicitly considers four epigenetic TAD types and how they interact with LAD-NE. Using the wild-type (WT) nuclei's experimental Hi-C map as a guideline, the model's parameters are tuned to reproduce the time-dependent changes in chromatin structure throughout the G1 phase of interphase.
