Active-duty military personnel and their families possess specific needs regarding behavioral healthcare. This research seeks to identify the geographic reach of specialized behavioral health programs, crafted for active duty U.S. service members and their military families at military installations. Network distance metrics for active-duty military bases and licensed substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health treatment centers from 2015 to 2018 were derived from national surveys (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) and Defense Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure Program coordinates. Regression analysis was used to quantify the portion of installations vulnerable to geographic isolation from behavioral healthcare services. Distinct calculations were employed to evaluate the portion of treatment facilities that accept military insurance, and feature specialized programs for active duty service members or military families, conveniently located within a 30-minute drive of a military installation. Three installations out of a total of ten were identified as potentially located far from a behavioral health treatment facility. Approximately twenty-five percent of behavioral health treatment facilities located within a thirty-minute radius of a military installation and accepting military insurance provided specialized treatment programs for active-duty personnel and their families. Our analysis, drawing from data in the Indonesian Family Life Surveys, examined trajectory patterns of family economic levels for 846 children less than three years of age in 1997, covering the period from 1997 to 2015. Group-Based Trajectory Modeling, using the traj plug-in in STATA software, enabled the identification of trajectory patterns. The BMI classification followed the 2007 World Health Organization growth standards. The adjusted relative risk ratios (aRRRs) of family economic level trajectories on children's BMI were determined by applying multinomial logistic regression. Three categories of family financial situations were noted: persistently poor, persistently middle class, and a growing wealthy group. Across the entire dataset, no statistically meaningful links were found between a family's income progression and children's BMI, according to the models after adjustments were made. Male children experiencing upward socioeconomic mobility, compared to their poorest counterparts, exhibited a significantly higher likelihood of overweight/obesity. This disparity, however, was not observed among female children. The adjusted risk ratio for males in the wealthiest trajectory group reached 61 (95% confidence interval 122-3062), after accounting for age and BMI.
